Hellspin's exception is what you want to see in writing. Without it, a 200,000 EUR jackpot under a 50,000 EUR monthly cap takes four months to withdraw, our arithmetic. At iWild, the same win under the 1,000 USD daily cap would take months more unless the personal manager agrees a higher limit, which the terms allow (7.15). Hellspin also notes that amounts above a payment provider's own limit are paid in instalments, so a very large win may still arrive in parts.
What the jackpot costs you
Every progressive takes its pool from the stakes. Part of the game's RTP is the jackpot contribution, which almost everyone pays and almost no one collects. The base game therefore returns less than a comparable slot without a jackpot. The info screen prints the total return; a jackpot slot quoting 96% overall can return noticeably less in the base game alone.
That is not a reason to avoid jackpots. It is a reason to treat the jackpot as the thing you are paying for, and to play stakes at which the jackpot is actually in reach: some network progressives only award the top prize at the maximum bet level, which the game rules state.
