The Terdersoft casinos name a passport or driver's licence, recent utility bills and, at Ringospin, the bank card used. Hellspin does not accept scans or PDFs: send photos (12).
How long it takes
- Hellspin: documents checked within 48 hours (T&C 12).
- iWild Casino: KYC document review up to five days, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 UTC; randomly selected payouts also get a "session check" of 48 to 120 hours, which can be followed by a provider's check of at least seven days (KYC policy).
- Terdersoft casinos and VegasNova: no timeline readable from our location.
Our arithmetic for a worst case at iWild: five working days of document review plus up to 120 hours of session check is more than a week and a half before the 72-hour payout processing even starts.

Five habits that shorten the wait
- Verify after your first deposit, not after your first big win. Upload the documents while the balance is small.
- Use one payment method both ways. The Terdersoft cashiers ask for extra proof when the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method. Interac in and Interac out avoids it where the casino supports both.
- Match names exactly. The name on your casino account, your ID and your bank or Interac profile should be identical.
- Use a recent bill. Hellspin's limit is 90 days; iWild's three months. A bank statement usually counts as proof of address; check the casino's list.
- Wager your deposit first. Hellspin and iWild require deposits to be wagered three times before a withdrawal (Hellspin T&C 4, 15; iWild 7.5); the Terdersoft casinos require the deposit to be wagered. Withdrawing earlier can bring fees or a refusal.
Is there a casino without verification?
