Vave vs Slotsgem: same company, different cashier

Vave and Slotsgem appear on the same Curaçao certificate: one company, Latcas B.V., one licence number. For a Canadian player they could hardly be more different. One takes only crypto; the other is set up for Canadian dollars.

Vave and Slotsgem are run by the same company, Latcas B.V., under the same Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/1676/0905, and both domains are listed on its register certificate. That makes them a useful pair: what differs between them is a choice the operator made for each brand, not a difference in who stands behind them.

We read both on 9 October 2026. Vave's terms were readable; Slotsgem's were not, from our location.

Choose Vave if

You play in crypto and want terms you can read before depositing: payout time, instalment threshold, VIP ladder and cashback rules are all written down with clause numbers. In our own test, a payout of up to 5,000 USDT went through without an ID check. Note that its terms still allow verification before any withdrawal (8.7). See the Vave review.

Choose Slotsgem if

You want your balance in Canadian dollars, bonuses in CA$ and the largest choice of games and live tables we counted. Ask support whether Interac is in your cashier and what the withdrawal limit is, because its terms did not open for us. See the Slotsgem review.

What the shared licence means

One register entry covers both. If you ever need to escalate a dispute, it goes to the same company and the same regulator, whichever of the two you played at. What the shared licence does not mean is shared rules: bonuses, limits and cashiers are set per brand.
