Neosurf casinos in Canada: a voucher without Canadian shops

Neosurf is a prepaid voucher you pay with by entering a 10-character code. Many casinos list it, and many Canadians search for it. The catch is on Neosurf's own site: it names no Canadian retailers and no Canadian-dollar vouchers, and none of the cashiers we read for Canada list it.

A Neosurf casino accepts Neosurf vouchers: prepaid codes you buy with cash and enter at the cashier, without a card or bank details. It is a popular method in Europe and Australia. For Canada, Neosurf's own pages are silent, and that silence matters more than any casino's list of logos.

We read Neosurf's site and terms, and the Canadian cashiers of the casinos on our list, on 9 October 2026.

If you already hold Neosurf

A voucher bought abroad is in that country's currency. Paying a casino in another currency adds Neosurf's 2% conversion, and leaving the voucher unused for three months starts the monthly fee. Spend it soon or ask Neosurf about a refund, which costs 5%.

Casinos that accept Interac are ranked on our main page.

Questions and answers

Can I use Neosurf at casinos in Canada?

We could not confirm it. Neosurf's website, FAQ and store locator name no Canadian retailers and no CAD vouchers, and the Terdersoft casinos' Canadian cashier strings explicitly do not name Neosurf. Vouchers bought abroad would be in another currency, with Neosurf's 2% conversion fee.

What is the Canadian alternative to Neosurf?

Flexepin, sold across Canada including at Canada Post, from $20 plus a $1.95 fee, and named in the Terdersoft casinos' Canadian cashier and in Hellspin's terms. Paysafecard is also sold in Canada at retailers such as Canada Post, Esso and Canadian Tire Gas+.

Can I withdraw to Neosurf?

A Neosurf voucher cannot receive money. A myNeosurf account can receive payouts from websites, according to Neosurf's FAQ, with withdrawal fees possible.
