Card payouts are the slow lane

- Why was my Visa casino deposit declined?
Card issuers can decline payments to gambling merchants. Credit card payments to gambling may also be treated as cash advances with fees and interest from day one, as Skrill warns on its fee page. A debit card or Interac avoids that.
