Why the network decides everything
USDT exists on several blockchains. The same token, sent on different networks, behaves very differently:

The rule that protects your money: the casino's deposit address and your sending wallet must use the same network. Sending ERC20 USDT to a TRC20 address, or the reverse, can lose the funds.
